“Marketers are increasingly turning back to print as an important communications medium,” said Sherburne. “But that doesn’t mean they are abandoning digital channels. Rather, they are looking for different way to combine the two to improve their customer experience and drive revenues. This places print service providers who are skilled in omni-channel communications in a unique position to help brands better communicate with customers while also improving their own operational efficiencies. Hear from three companies who are benefiting from this change in strategy during this session.”

Sherburne will be joined by:

  • Tim Cooper, Chief Architect at Harland Clarke.  Tim has more than 35 years of senior IT management experience with additional responsibilities in design and architecture.  He has designed and implemented an automated document factory that is in production at one of the nation’s largest service bureaus and workflow systems that manage the “built to order” manufacturing process for CAD/CAM desktop workstations, among other achievements.
  • Kevin Neal, Data Processing Manager, Curtis 1000. Kevin has been in the business of variable data programming and multi-channel marketing since 2002 and the direct mail programming team leader at Curtis 1000 since 2009. From campaign strategy and creative design through production, execution and response management, Curtis 1000 combines individually tailored print and electronic communications into a multi-channel strategy that effectively engages target audiences.
  • Anil Kapoor, CTO, Strategic Content Imaging..

“We are pleased to be partnering with GMC to make this important webinar available to our audience,” said Eric Vessels, President, WhatTheyThink. “Now more than ever, print service providers need to be thinking about how to expand services and add new revenue streams. This session is sure to provide great ideas that will help them toward those goals. We appreciate the generosity of GMC in sponsoring this important industry event, making it available to our viewers at no charge.”

Attendees will be able to participate in a live question and answer session to get the most from the experience and will be able to view and listen to the presentation using a standard Internet browser with audio streamed via computer.
