Memjet a Sponsor at Inkjet Summit

Press release from the issuing company

Memjet and its OEM partners Super Web and IPT Digital will highlight inkjet solutions that help printers prosper in today’s competitive print environment.

SAN DIEGO – Memjet, a leading developer of patented inkjet technology, announced today it is a sponsor of the upcoming Inkjet Summit 2017, taking place April 24-26 at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

This event brings together industry leaders and suppliers with senior executives of large and midsize printing companies for an interactive discussion on how inkjet production printing technology, software, and solutions will impact printers’ operations today and in the future.

At the conference, Memjet OEM partners Super Web and IPT Digital will host presentations on the impact that inkjet solutions have had on the success of their customers.

Super Web– Laser Print Plus

At this presentation, attendees will hear the story of LPP, a print, mail and fulfillment provider that adopted the Super Web WEBJet 200D digital inkjet solution. The affordability of this press, combined with its high level of print quality, allowed LPP to move away from preprinted shells and produce entire documents on demand, in full color and in one-tenth of the time it would take on a cut-sheet printer.

Attendees will learn how the WEBJet 200D will help them get more jobs out the door quickly, increasing profitability and opening new lines of business.

This presentation will take place Tuesday, April 25, 2017, 11:15-11:40 a.m.

IPT Digital – Still Creek Press

At this presentation, IPT Digital will share the story of Still Creek Press, a midsize commercial printer that required inkjet printing technology to keep pace with customer demand. Rather than buying a new inkjet press, the company decided to retrofit its business-forms press into a high-speed digital printing platform using the JFlex SD Retrofit System from IPT Digital.

Printers will learn how this retrofit solution lets them leverage their existing assets, employees, and workflow to take advantage of the benefits of inkjet digital printing at a highly affordable cost.

This presentation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 8:55-9:20 a.m.

“Digital inkjet printing is no longer an optional service for today’s print providers; it is required if the printer is to remain competitive in this market,” says Bill Brunone, general manager of commercial printing for Memjet. “At the Inkjet Summit, Memjet and our partners will show attendees just how easy it is to make inkjet printing part of their operations and generate a positive return on their investment.”
