Soopak Launches Customer Loyalty Program

As it continues its evolution into a unique power brand within its industry, SoOPAK, a leading North American short-run offset packaging specialist, is pleased to add another customer-first approach to its business: the launch of a new loyalty program. This new initiative joins the recently-unveiled customer-friendly website and development of a new brand strategy that promises to constantly deliver and enable success for its packaging customers.

SoOPAK built its customer loyalty program in parallel with its high-quality customer support so that both compliment the other. The loyalty program aims to establish an ongoing relationship between SoOPAK and its customers, helping its customers to achieve business success. Among its numerous benefits are the ability for current and potential customers to seamlessly interact with SoOPAK, track their job status, check their reward status, verify quote history and order history, confirm available credits and change their personal information. Perks include such special rewards as free die-line design, free CAD sample, free mock-up, rush orders, and year-end cash back. Members will earn SoOPAK reward points depending on their membership status after placing box orders. Membership levels are divided into five different levels according to sales qualification. Reward points can be redeemed in the future, reducing order value and acting as credits.   

Joining the SoOPAK loyalty program is easy. Current customers and potential clients who have previously signed up for an online account have been automatically registered in the loyalty program membership. They will receive a welcome email shortly and regular email updates going forward. New users can easily sign up the loyalty program by registering an online account (under homepage, click “Login” and then select “Sign up with Email”). Moreover, potential customers can also sign up the loyalty program with their social media accounts (e.g., facebook, LinkedIn, google+), engaging with SoOPAK in a simple and seamless way
