Cirqit & MarketMile Partner To Bring Print e-Procurement to Middle-Market

Joint Solution Provides Guaranteed Hard-Dollar Savings in Key Spend Category MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--April 24, 2002--MarketMile, LLC, an e-Procurement service provider and Cirqit, a leading provider of Print e-Procurement solutions and services announced today a joint offering aimed at the requirements of middle-market organizations. "Cirqit and MarketMile will provide substantial costs savings to buyers in the print spend category. Cirqit provides a hosted e-Procurement solution specifically for the print spend category. Cirqit enables print buyers to specify parameters for multiple types of printing needs (collateral, documents, forms, etc.) and source printing jobs among a pre-defined network of suppliers. Cirqit will enable print suppliers at the request of the buyer. Cirqit's customers have seen immediate hard-dollar savings as high as 30% and averaged a 5x investment return, proving that Cirqit's domain expertise and balanced approach delivers substantial savings. With the joint offering, MarketMile customers will gain access to the Cirqit software and services to source and monitor print orders while completing the approval process and fulfilling the transaction via MarketMile's hosted e-Procurement solution. The combined offering will be available at the end of May. MarketMile customers will access the Cirqit procurement solution by leveraging PunchOut technology. The solution will be offered by MarketMile and is also included as part of MarketMile's joint solution announced recently with IBM. IBM's Leveraged Procurement Services provides hard-dollar cost savings by combining a full cycle sourcing and e-Procurement solution. MarketMile provides the e-Procurement solution powering the service targeted at the needs of middle-market organizations.
