Press release from the issuing company

Coventry based Printrite Ltd have been trading in the print industry for over 45 years. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Printrite’s unique selling point is offering an all-round service for their customers; “From graphic design to print and photocopying, Printrite provide everything you need to help promote your business”. Satpal Singh, Manging Director of Printrite enlightens us to why it is one step ahead of its competitors.

Whatever your requirements when searching for printers in Coventry, Printrite delivers an exceptional service that guarantees you quality and value for money. Offering a fresh approach to printing with the investment of the Roland VersaUV LEF-300 UV-LED flatbed printer, Printrite can now print onto three dimensional items, implementing the very best technology through using Roland’s exceptional UV-LED flatbed printer.

printMAX first met Satpal at Sign and Digital in 2014, when he was looking for a Roland roll-to-roll machine. printMAX found him a solution in the Roland VersaCAMM VS-640i. Prior to the purchase of this machine Printrite had outsourced its printing requirements. On the installation of the Roland VS-640i, Satpal expressed his interest in the promotional and personalised gift sector.

In comes the Roland VersaUV LEF-300 UV-LED flatbed printer. printMAX sales manager, Chris Martin, discussed in detail the requirements in purchasing a UV flatbed printer. “Satpal wanted a machine that could print onto a whole range of substrates and objects from customisation of branded merchandise and promotional items to giftware and signage. With the Roland LEF-300, this is possible, plus a whole range more. The Roland LEF-300 was a natural choice for Printrite, being comfortable with the running and maintenance of Roland machines, from the experience gained with the VS-640i it was a massive benefit in purchasing the LEF-300, making the transition and progression easy”.

With the investment of the Roland LEF-300, it has meant that Printrite can personalise a huge selection of items, even getting in to the personalised wedding market.

With the addition of white ink, it allows Printrite to print on to clear substrates and opaque coloured material like wood creating exceptional attractive prints.

The gloss ink cartridge allows you to build up layers offering embossed effects, which is something that Satpal loves and is a huge benefit for Printrite customers; “it is certainly one of my favourite aspects of the LEF-300 as it means we can create stunning embossed effects and offer our customers more of a premium product. We are very excited about the possibilities the Roland LEF-300 brings us, we look to the future and the capability of printing compass keyrings, personalised aftershave bottles and much more. In our opinion Roland are the Rolls Royce of large format printers” Satpal states.

printMAX has been supplying Printrite through multiple purchases of Roland printers, consumables orders and technical support.

When asking Printrite what they look for in a supplier “service is key”, was the message, Satpal explains, “printMAX offer us incredible service, both initial and after sales support, training and tuition, support, materials and consumable request’s, samples and advice. Anything we need as a company, printMAX has been there to support and help us grow”.

When discussing the installation of the Roland LEF-300 with Satpal, he went on to explain; “We felt printMAX offered us brilliant service one the installation, we felt the training was detailed, the technician went through the new machine in depth, teaching us everything we needed to know at our pace, so we felt confident in the machine and not rushed.”

“My overall opinion on printMAX, is that printMAX has been the best Roland and Mimaki re-seller we have come across in UK by far and would recommend to anyone!”
