OKI Europe appoints new Vice President, Human Resources

HR strategist Keren Chapman joins OKI Europe’s senior team 

Egham – OKI Europe Ltd has appointed Keren Chapman as Vice President, Human Resources, to be responsible for the development and implementation of all HR strategy across the company. In this role she will oversee all people-related functions within the organisation, including employee relations and communications, HR policy and processes, performance management, talent management and acquisition and compensation and benefits.

Chapman joined OKI Europe from INC Research where she worked as Senior Director, HR since 2012. Before this she held several key HR positions in a variety of sectors at both a strategic and operational level. She has also led many critical and successful HR initiatives globally. During this time she built her expertise in strategy, staffing, employee relations, re-engineering and organisational and leadership development.
