Lecta Launches Metalvac A HG Paper for Self-Adhesive Labels

Lecta is pleased to announce the launch of its new Metalvac A HG paper, designed for self-adhesive labels. The metallized face stock is produced on the new coating and lacquering line installed in 2016 in the Leitza plant, as part of the Company’s investment plan to increase production capacity of its Metalvac metallized papers.   

Metalvac A HG is a high gloss metallized paper with a new improved surface and appearance for optimum metallic gloss look. Metalvac A HG will clearly bring value to your self-adhesive labels for beverages and personal care. 

Metalvac A HG is suitable for the following printing systems: offset, UV offset, flexo (solvent, UV, water) and letterpress (solvent and UV), and is now available in reels up to 2.1m wide. Please contact your Lecta representative to request samples and additional information.

Lecta’s Metalvac papers are 100% recyclable, are manufactured with ECF woodfree pulp and can be requested with PEFC™ and FSC® certification, thereby guaranteeing that the wood used in the production process comes from sustainably managed forests. Our Metalvac manufacturing center has successfully completed ISO 14001 and EMAS environmental certification audits, as well as securing ISO 5001 energy management system certification, ISO 9001 quality management system certification and OHSAS 18001 occupational safety and health certification.
