You can then create and send the PO to the vendor and track the progress of Purchase Orders.

Online Order Approval: This module allows you to send an email to any of your customers with a link to an estimate. Your customers can then approve the estimate in real time. You will receive an email notification when the customer approves the order and the order will move into your job queue.
