Kocher + Beck the market leader in magnetic die cutting technology, held its national sales meeting on January 18^th - 19^th 2017.

A tour of the recently expanded facility was held, giving all members of the team the opportunity to view the increased production capabilities for both Flexible Dies and Magnetic Cylinders. They also got a glimpse of the newly installed equipment for the in-house production of Kocher + Beck’s proprietary Tec Screens for Rotary Screen Printing.

Another highlight of the meeting was the visit by Paul Teachout, Nilpeter’s VP of Sales & Marketing who gave a presentation on both Industry Trends as well as Nilpeter’s full press range.

During this meeting the team also conducted the Birkman Method, a personality assessment which helps teams work more efficiently by understanding each other’s similarities and differences.
