DATAMATX to Host Xplor’s First 2017 Xploration Tour on February 9

ATLANTA, Ga - DATAMATX, a national outsourcing provider and leader in the distribution of critical business communications and payment services, will be hosting Xplor’s first Xploration Tour for 2017 at its Atlanta, GA headquarters on Thursday, February 9. The one-day event, co-sponsored by GMC Software and Racami, is a joint venture with Xplor USA designed to provide educational programming, information and networking opportunities to members as well as industry professionals across North America.

The Atlanta Xploration Tour will each feature an industry analyst overview by Matt Swain of Keypoint Intelligence/InfoTrends, five educational sessions and a speaker panel discussion. Included in the roster of speakers discussing the latest trends and best practices in customer communications management (CCM) is Bill Ledger, business development executive for DATAMATX. His presentation, “Upping the Game of Your Transactional Communications,” shares strategies and techniques for ensuring every ongoing communication a company sends enhances the customer experience. Other speakers will also be sharing best practices of their own CCM strategy.
