Freeman Graphic Systems and Paper Handling Solutions (PHS) Merge, creating Southeast Leader

Press release from the issuing company

Atlanta, GA - before the merger, Paper Handling Solutions (PHS) and Freeman Graphic Systems both distributed printing and finishing equipment for more than 50 years within the Southeastern United States. Freeman Graphic Systems success has been due, in part, to providing outstanding customer service and support throughout North and South Carolina and sharing the mindset that -We only succeed if our customers succeed. "Freeman Graphic Systems merger with PHS further demonstrates commitment to our industry, increases overall sales and service bandwidth, and expands available brands within the PHS product line," states PHS co-owner Scot Gilbert.

The merger will offer an increase of manufacturers, service, and consumables, banding together a respected list of products.

Existing Freeman Graphic Systems customers will benefit from enhanced customer support and more product offerings with the newest technology including proven brands such as: Perfecta, Morgana, Graphic Wizard, Oki Data, Challenge, Ryobi/RMGT, and more. Freeman Graphic Systems brings Paper Handling Solutions the addition of three field service engineers along with three added sales representatives to strengthen the current team. "PHS customers will be pleased with the expertise of consumable to market products which Freeman brings to the merger", states co-owner Kevin Gilbert.

Freeman Graphic Systems facilities will continue in Greenville, SC with Bill Freeman remaining on-site while actively participating in business activities into 2017. Scot and Kevin Gilbert based in Atlanta, GA, along with Bill Freeman in Greenville, SC, are collectively working together to ensure a smooth and cohesive unification. "Combining the strengths of both companies makes sense for Southeast graphic arts customers," states Freeman.
