A successful Photokina 2016 for the Felix Schoeller Group

Thursday, October 13, 2016

Press release from the issuing company

The Felix Schoeller Group, Osnabrück-based supplier of high-quality specialty papers, reflects on its success at this year's Photokina in Cologne. Analyses have revealed that the number and intensity of conversations at the stand clearly surpassed the already high level achieved at Photokina 2014.

The exhibits on show — some at the Felix Schoeller Group’s stand, others at partner stands — enabled the numerous visitors to see for themselves what a wide range of diverse applications these high-end papers offer. The stand was organised into different theme areas so that visitors were able to focus more easily and take advantage of the extensive advisory services available. In particular, the high-calibre fine art papers and the LIVE papers for minilab applications, which offer improved scratch resistance, attracted a great deal of interest.

Emotional highlights included the chance to meet & greet Germany’s top table tennis player Timo Boll, and the Triple P Photokina Partner Party, which was held for the third time and once again created the perfect setting for a lively exchange of opinions in a relaxed atmosphere.

“We are delighted to have had so much positive feedback about our stand and, of course, about our products. We succeeded in making it possible for people to experience and truly share our enthusiasm for our products," says Thomas Leifert, the Digital Media Business Unit’s technical manager, summing up his view of the show.
