With more than 25+ years of experience working for capital equipment companies in a professional services capacity, Douglas will be responsible for the company’s North American Service and Parts departments including customer service, technical and business support, logistics, project management, and business development for the exclusive PrintServices® division.

Douglas is no stranger to manroland Sheetfed having served as Vice-President of Service with the Web Division for over 9 years, Douglas worked directly with the current management & personnel of manroland Sheetfed at all levels in the organization for years.
