Monday, September 12, 2016

Press release from the issuing company

Forward-thinking new packaging print company puts its faith in the ROLAND 700

When Dongguan Xincai Packaging Co. Ltd, a specialist printer of high end packaging products, was looking to buy a press they knew exactly who to call and invested in a 10 color ROLAND 700 with InlineFoiler, UV and a wide variety of QuickChange functions. Paramount to their success was the choice of facility, personnel and equipment to provide the very best quality products for their customers, in the best environment.

"Ten color plus InlineFoiler and UV not fulfils printing trends, but also goes beyond the trend” says Dongguan Xincai owner Lin Kuijie. “Such a well equipped sheetfed offset is not so common and this investment will continue to give us many benefits - variety of printing process, expanding our product range and increasing the flexibility of production"

The final deal-clincher was the benefits of the InlineFoiler as well as enhanced print effects and strong product differentiation, it offers packaging printers a higher return of investment.

In a survey of print buyers conducted by PrintCity and PRINTPlusX*, more than 50 percent of the respondents believe that enhanced print effects can increase the value of a print product by 10-30 percent.

Manroland Sheetfed’s InlineFoiler, a recipient of the InterTechTM award, is a groundbreaking enhancement solution; operators can cost-effectively cold foil and overprint a full spectrum of colors inline on a broad range of substrates in a single pass. And this can be combined with delicate embossing and effect or spot coatings or varnishes for maximum impact. It can also be used with conventional and UV inks to deliver exact print and foil registration more precisely.

"This new press with advanced packaging print technology together with Manroland's unrivalled technical support will help us achieve our goals” Mr Lin Kuijie concluded.
