MCT Unveils its NEW VersaTech2 “All in One” Digital Cutter at SGIA

Milwaukee, WI - MCTdigital, a leading print finishing solutions company, is pleased to announce the “unveiling” of its VersaTech2™ flatbed cutter with major improvements at SGIA in Las Vegas (Booth 716), September 14-16, 2016.

New tooling and workflow software offer more efficient productivity and throughput. Some of the key parameters for the VersaTech2 are:

  • 1.25 G max acceleration
  • 78 in./sec cut speed
  • Cutting bed sizes with full conveying of 1.6m, and 3.2m in width, by 1.6m, 3.2m,4.8m and 6,4m in true cutting length with full conveying capabilities.  
  • New workflow features including complete nesting and parametric designs for packaging and POP/POS integrated with TigerVision, MCT’s easy to use machine control and vision capability. 

According to Steve Aranoff, MCT’s VP Sales & Marketing, “The VersaTech2 is manufactured in the U.S. and fully tested in Milwaukee, providing not just a new level of performance, but also increased availability at no change in price, allowing MCT to actively increase sales while providing excellent availability for shipment and installation.”
