MELVILLE, N.Y. - Canon Solutions America, Inc., a subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., and nQueue announce the availability of nQ360, a complete document processing solution for law firms. nQ360 represents the 360-degree scope of coverage of the document lifecycle – Capture, Process, Output and Archive. nQueue's industry leading cost recovery solution is now coupled with Therefore™, Canon's premier information management and archiving system, providing firms a secure and automated way to manage documents.

nQ360 leverages nQueue's powerful platform of cost recovery solutions, assisting firms by automating, processing and recovering operational and administrative expenses. This includes: print, copy, scan, phone, fax, travel, court fees, research, courier costs, credit card charges and more.

nQ360's document scanning and routing features enable firms to capture, format and route scans to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with document retention and retrieval. nQueue's technology can be embedded directly into multifunction devices or reside on tablet computers and terminals to enable clients to run their businesses more profitably.

"Canon Solutions America has always supported law firms with state-of-the-art cost recovery and print management technology, but now with nQ360, we are in a position to offer customers a complete top-to-bottom solution that improves business process," says Tracie Sokol, vice president of Enterprise Solutions and Services marketing at Canon Solutions America.
