American Printing and Mailing Stitches with a New Muller Martini Presto

Press release from the issuing company

Austin, Texas -- American Printing and Mailing has installed a new Presto saddle stitching system by Muller Martini to increase its finishing capacity. The 16,000 sq ft facility selected a six-pocket Presto after an extensive search. "I looked at the competition," says Jason Tuggle, Operations Manager at American Printing and Mailing. " I found Presto be the best in its class." Presto is a 9,000 cycles/hour system designed for short runs and on-demand jobs. Its PLC controls and ergonomically placed handwheels facilitate fast makereadies, and its state-of-the-art design promotes the production of quality saddle stitched books.
