Canon Announces the Latest Version of ADVANCE Cloud Portal

MELVILLE, N.Y., – To help increase employee collaboration and productivity, businesses require cloud-based file services that offer flexibility. In an effort to address this market need, Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, announced today Version 2.0 of its ADVANCE Cloud Portal for compatible imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems. ADVANCE Cloud Portal V2.0 helps users directly scan, store and print documents to and from their cloud file services*.

Building on the capabilities of the current version of ADVANCE Cloud Portal, which allows users to scan and print from their Google Drive account, ADVANCE Cloud Portal V2.0 enables users to scan to four additional cloud destinations, including Box, Dropbox, Evernote and Microsoft OneDrive from the latest imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems.1 Version 2.0 also now provides scan and print access from many imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems2 to Google Drive.

ADVANCE Cloud Portal V2.0 is now available on the Canon Business Services Platform (CBSP), Canon's new online marketplace and virtual storefront, and is available through all imageRUNNER ADVANCE authorized Canon dealers and Canon Solutions America. ADVANCE Cloud Portal V2.0 is currently available* for many imageRUNNER ADVANCE systems2. Purchase of the MEAP Web Kit and Direct Print feature will be required.
