Press release from the issuing company

STAMFORD, Conn. & PETAH TIKVA, Israel - Pitney Bowes, a global technology company that provides innovative products and solutions to power commerce today announced a new relationship with ActivePath Solutions Ltd., a developer of interactive digital communication design and delivery platforms. The ActivePath technology will be integrated with EngageOne and e-Messaging to form a new product – EngageOne Digital Designer and EngageOne Digital Delivery.

Designed for use on desktop, mobile and tablet devices, ActivePath’s digital design application empowers users to design and deliver interactive communication pages, emails, SMS and push notifications in powerful, yet simple browser environment. Interactive statements, alerts, events and notifications can be transformed to create a new marketing channel with higher open rates to promote customized and targeted upsell and cross-sell messages. Customers can reduce the volume of costly call center inquiries with self service solutions, as well as printing and mailing costs.

“We are pleased to be working closely with Pitney Bowes to deliver advanced digital customer engagement solutions,” said Avi Weiss, CEO of ActivePath. "Converting routine and in many times cumbersome customer communications into delighting interactive and personalized experience across all desktop and mobile platforms improves the overall consumer experience while also offering organizations significant new revenue opportunities.”

EngageOne Digital Designer significantly decreases the time to creation and delivery of customer-facing digital communications via various digital platforms. EngageOne Digital Delivery has been expanded to deliver documents to cloud storage providers, digital mailboxes, productivity and payment applications, and online banking providers reaching over 141 million active consumers.

“We are focused on delivering the highest quality customer engagement solutions to market,” said Bob Guidotti, President of Software Solutions, Pitney Bowes. “ActivePath’s online digital communications design and composition technologies are a critical enhancement to our existing suite of products and provides clients with superior capabilities for the delivery of digital communications.”
