The Future of the Print Industry Gathered at PSDA’s Young Innovators Conference

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago – Those who say the print industry is dead weren’t in Denver June 20-21 for PSDA’s 3rd annual Young Innovator’s Conference. The best and brightest in our industry gathered for 2 days of networking, learning and discussion. Energy was high as attendees listened to and participated in presentations focused on building high performance teams, selling and writing, and the science behind happiness.

This wasn’t your average classroom setting. With sessions like “Microbrews and Trending Views,” where the attendees (manufacturers and distributors) were able to enjoy local Colorado beers while having an open and lively conversation about the state of the print industry, it is no surprise that attendees left with great insights and more importantly, new connections. It is these takeaways that our attendees valued most:

“It is very exciting to see how Young Innovators are changing the future of the print industry.” Kim Suchy, Royal

“During my first year at Young Innovators, I took away so many great ideas and made some great contacts. I look forward to participating in these conferences in years to come.”
Stephanie Page, Regency Business Solutions

“Three years ago we began our mission to engage young people and spotlight how technology and innovation can drive business growth in print,” said Sarah Scudder, Chief Growth Officer, The Sourcing Group and Young Innovators Conference Chair. “These young PSDA members are trailblazers and decision-makers that are hungry to improve their organizations and themselves to ensure the print industry remains relevant and vibrant. It’s an honor to lead such a talented group and I am looking forward to our conference next year”.

Plans for a spring 2017 show are underway. Details will be available at psda.org.
