Taylor Communications Completes Staples Print Solutions Acquisition

NORTH MANKATO, Minn. - Taylor Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, announced today that it completed its acquisition of Staples Print Solutions, a division of Staples, Inc. The company announced the intended acquisition in April 2016.
“The successful close further strengthens our foundation for future growth,” said Deb Taylor, chief executive officer of Taylor Corporation. “We are pleased to add this business to our organization that has one of the broadest range of communications services, products and technologies, and an experienced team dedicated to providing the highest quality products and customer service in the industry.”
The business will go to market as Taylor Communications which includes the former Standard Register Company.

This hurts, we are a smaller printer in Las Vegas and this will take staples from us as a client. More ways they are hurting the middle class. As a Las Vegas Printing Company all we can do is try and survive.
