Combined Locks, Wis. – Appleton Coated is building on the market success of its uncoated Ethos Offset line by offering stocked roll products in 100% post-consumer recovered fiber (pcrf), 30% pcrf, and virgin fiber. The Ethos Offset 100% pcrf is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council^® (FSC^®) and is manufactured with Green-e^® Electricity – both features standard, with no upcharge.

All of the stocked roll products are available in the most popular sizes and basis weights for commercial printing,financial printing, publishing, government agencies, colleges, and universities. 

The Ethos Offset line is manufactured to 92 (GE) brightness. 100% pcrf is available in 40 lb through 80 lb text weights as well a 45 lb High Bulk text. 30% pcrf and virgin fiber are available in 27 lb through 80 lb text weights as well a 45 lb High Bulk text. All three products are available for multiple inkjet press platforms including dye-based and pigment-based inking systems. All Ethos Offset products are acid-free, enhanced elemental chlorine-free and pH neutral. Ethos Offset may be ordered with additional pcrf, as FSC^® certified (FSC^® C007796); SFI® certified; PEFC^® certified and with Green-e^® certified Green Power. For all grades that carry the Green Power designation, 100% of the electricity used to manufacture these products is matched with renewable energy credits (RECs) from Green-e certified energy sources, primarily wind.
