With this decision Messe Düsseldorf is responding to the numerous requests by the exhibiting industry. The re-positioning of drupa 2016, its focus on future topics as well as the shorter duration of eleven days have all proven to be good decisions. drupa 2016 is still going on until June 10, 2016 with 1,837 exhibitors from 54 countries showcasing their innovations and applications for print and cross-media solutions in the Düsseldorf fairgrounds' 19 exhibition halls.

To date, about 200,000 visitors from 183 countries have attended drupa 2016. The participation of visitors from around the world has been very high so far: 78% came from countries other than Germany.
