Azonprinter is raising the bar in UV printing

Azonprinter, Croatia based  leading manufacturer of digital printing solutions  will present its latest innovations for UV machines; new revolutionary Azon RIP software, CONTI option with a bulk-ink system and "plug and play" Azon Rotax adapter alongside with its German partner Modico at hall D7, booth #B11.

Azonprinter will present its full product range putting the importance on new innovative upgrades for its UV machines. Azon Mason, a new generation of AZON wide format UV LED machines with maximum printing area 590x750 mm with maximum thickness up to 100 mm.  Azon Razor Conti, our most versatile and competitive A3 machine with printing size 290 x 800 mm and maximum thickness up to 200 mm is applicable in numerous industries like sign and graphic, promotion, packaging industry and so much more. The outstanding reproducing quality of 2880dpi produces the finest image details. Azon Rip software allows to print up to 5 layers in inline mode depending on resolution, to create emboss or raised print up to 2mm and achieve multiple Braille standards, ability to control print head nozzle count, Wizard-Based ICC Media Profile Creation-for custom color profile and so much more.

Always striving for maximizing the power of its machines, Azonprinter implemented the CONTI upgrade option, which has six bulk-ink tanks, each holding 500 ml of ink, and have specially designed monitoring sensors. The one and only "Plug and Play" system on the market coming from Azon – Rotax for bottle printing on UV A3 and A1 and B0 Indy machines. The possibilities of digital printing have now been doubled with a specially designed rotary adapter. Rotax allows printing on a vast range of cylindrical objects with a diameter ranging from 41 mm to 127 mm and height up to 279 mm. With a new rotary adapter, it is possible to print more varied print applications. Print on cylindrical and cone objects such as beer and wine glasses, cups, candles, tube, cans, tanks, vases, awards and much more.
