GMC Software Technology Named CODiE Award Finalist for Second Consecutive Year

Press release from the issuing company

GMC Inspire Interactive Omni-channel Publishing Solution recognized in Best Multi-Channel Publishing Platform Category

GMC Software Technology (GMC), a leader in customer communications management, today announced that GMC Inspire Interactive was named a finalist for the 2016 SIIA CODiE Awards in the Best Multi-Channel Publishing Platform or Service category. GMC Inspire was honored as one of 215 finalists across the 62 business technology categories. SIIA CODiE Awards is the premier honor for the software and information industries, recognizing product excellence for more than 30 years.

GMC Inspire Interactive omni-channel publishing solution enables line of business users to easily edit, manage, approve and distribute omni-channel customer communications, enhancing customer experience on any channel including paper, smartphones, tablets and larger screens. IT users remain in charge of designing the customer communication templates, but business users now control the personalization, validation and distribution of content—driving the omni-channel customer experience. The solution contains a strong approval process so the organization remains in full control of the content delivered to customers at each step of the process.

"We are extremely honored to be a CODiE finalist for the second year in a row and to have GMC Inspire Interactive recognized in this industry-important category," said Scott Draeger, vice president of product at GMC Software Technology. "Too often, the customer experience associated with business critical processes is limited by IT team resources and bandwidth. Our solution increases customer satisfaction by empowering business users with the ability to optimize customer experiences at critical moments of the customer journey."

“This year's CODiE Award finalists represent the leaders of their respective industries. We are happy to recognize them for the important impact they are making with their innovative software, content and business technology,” said Ken Wasch, president of SIIA.

The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-reviewed awards program. The first round review of all nominees is conducted by software and business technology executives with considerable industry expertise, including members of the industry, analysts, media, bloggers, bankers and investors. The judges are responsible for selecting the CODiE Awards finalists. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products and the scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners. Winners will be announced during a virtual award ceremony on May 18.
