ATLANTA - Pamarco would like to congratulate Bingham Flexo Services on the incredible accomplishment of reaching their twenty-fifth anniversary. It is our unwavering belief that their longevity is a testament to the quality of both their products and their services. Our companies have a long, rich history together and it has given us great joy over the years to watch our friends at BFS grow into such a strong and reputable company. 

Though our official partnership began nineteen years ago, Pamarco and Bingham actually forged a relationship many years earlier, when founders, Ed Bingham and his son John, were direct employees at Pamarco. Over the years, we have witnessed their exceptional customer service and the effective development of BFS’s Midwest territory. With their focus on solutions to their customer’s needs and a family based approach has made their business and our partnership so successful. 

Bingham Flexo was born in April of 1991. Now under the management of Ed’s son, John Bingham, the business continues to prosper, growth has not slowed down. Though we are proud of it, our partnership with Bingham only skims the surface of the large variety of product lines they represent. BFS has a broad but focused portfolio of key supplies ranging from anilox cleaning equipment to doctor blades. But BFS is more than a supplier: they’re a resource. Though their broad range products may be one of their key links to new customers; it is their service strategy and deep technical knowledge that accounts for their high rate of retention. 

When diving into the mechanics of the company, there are three important points to Bingham’s customer service approach that highlight what they’re all about. First, Bingham represents more than anilox; they offer real solutions for each customer through their own education, and through the education that they provide their clients. Second, each inside sales employee is not only educated, but they are also specially trained and dedicated to a particular product line. Third, Bingham consistently chooses loyalty over opportunity in relation to customers by practicing consultative sales rather than promotional ones. 

Each of these three points would do well enough standing alone, but combined they make Bingham Flexo into a force to be reckoned with in our industry. Pamarco is honored to be partners with a company of this caliber, and we hope to continue growing together for many years in the future.
