Press release from the issuing company

CLEVELAND – Proforma is proud to announce Heather DiPrato, a 26-year industry veteran, has joined the company as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Partner Development. DiPrato, the former Senior Vice President at Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), will focus on recruiting top industry talent, cultivating strong vendor relationships and maximizing Proforma’s exclusive eCommerce and technology solutions.

“Heather’s vast industry expertise, relationships and leadership will be a major advantage to Proforma and our Owners,” said Greg Muzzillo, Founder of Proforma. “She has a deep understanding of what today’s distributors need to achieve wealth in this industry. Heather has an impressive record of successfully partnering with distributors to help them overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. We are thrilled to have her on our team.”

DiPrato began her career in the print and promotional products industry with ASI in 1990 and has since grown through the ranks working with industry distributors in all phases of their business cycle. Her experience ranges from talent acquisition and business consulting to developing website, eCommerce and technology solutions. DiPrato’s efforts have led to millions of dollars in recurring annual revenue, while saving clients tens of millions in operational inefficiencies.

“I have long admired Proforma and its commitment to helping distributors achieve their next level of success,” said DiPrato. “Proforma has capabilities, resources and relationships beyond what others offer in the marketplace. Over the years, I’ve seen talented distributors join Proforma and it changes their lives, empowering them to become even more successful and profitable. Proforma delivers on their promise to help its Owners’ dreams come true and I’m excited to join them in that mission.”
