Agfa Graphics’ Asanti and StoreFront Workflow Solutions Demonstrated at ISA 2016

Elmwood Park, NJ – If you’re interested streamlining prepress processes, ensuring consistent high-quality print or increasing staff productivity and business, then you should be sure to visit the Agfa Graphics booth at the International Sign Association’s Sign Expo 2016. So maybe you’re only interested in seeing lots of cool print applications, media and inkjet engines. The Agfa Graphics booth has plenty of that, but if you do want to see the latter, you’re sure to be interested in the former, as well. Agfa Graphics experts will be available and eager to show how the Asanti workflow solution for wide-format printing can help save time and lower costs. Asanti is being demonstrated during demonstrations at the Agfa Graphics Sign Expo booth (#1335) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, from April 21–23.

Asanti, a PDF-based workflow, helps sign-makers and display producers manage time and decrease operational costs across all areas of prepress and production. Asanti integrates all prepress processes, streamlining production and ensuring consistency and quality. Asanti powers all of Agfa Graphics’ Anapurna and Jeti engines. Key productivity features include hands-free layout automation, enhanced operator controls for nesting and repeats, and integration with cutting systems. For top quality results, Asanti also features advanced color tools for custom spot libraries, spectral color readings, transparent media and optical brightening agents, automated preflight and correction capabilities, and the latest Adobe PDF Print Engine for fast and accurate rendering performance.

Agfa Graphics’ web-to-print solution, StoreFront, will also be demonstrated during the show. The latest release of StoreFront, v3.1, includes support for kitting, discounts and promo codes. It also features new design options (subcategories, custom footers, interactive HTML5 carousel banners, enhanced product search and suggestions) for increasing customer engagement, production enhancements (more flexible administrator and operator roles, support for Adobe CC 2015) for easier administration and business logic updates (new payment methods, pricing and tax options) for optimal cost coverage and profitability.

As a cloud-based product, StoreFront offers a faster and more affordable way for PSPs to enter the web-to-print market. StoreFront enables customizable and variable data products, on demand products and both printed and non-printed stock products. Incoming orders are automatically processed.
