Presto’s CanvasTac Now Certified for HP Latex Inks

Press release from the issuing company

BENSALEM, PA – Presto’s CanvasTac fabric is now certified for HP Latex Inks.  CanvasTac is one of Presto’s most popular repositionable fabrics. It is a 17 mil adhesive-backed canvas that is printable with UV, latex, solvent and eco-solvent inks. It can be used for wallcoverings, wall murals and POP signage. CanvasTac is a Category VI Type III Class A Wallcovering and is also available in gold iridescent and silver finishes.

The HP latex inks certification was done by Color Concepts, a third-party agency approved by HP. The certified media testing is based on three key areas—print quality, printer-media interaction and image processing. CanvasTac passed all of the criteria and is now certified for the HP Latex 300 Series. CanvasTac is now listed in the HP Media Solutions Locator and the profile settings for multiple HP printers can be found here.

CanvasTac is part of Presto’s Digital Print Media Line that also includes PrestoTex and WallFab. All of the product in the line have a microsphere adhesive and are PVC, phthalate and lead free.

Presto Tape is a completely integrated manufacturer of premium quality application tapes, digital print media, specialty tapes and surface protection films located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
