Primalith Swatchbook Showcases New Premium Line of Silk and Gloss Paper

Press release from the issuing company

HARRISON, NY - Case Paper Co. recently released a new swatchbook, featuring Primalith, a premium line of silk and gloss finishes in both text and cover weights that is available in standard sheet sizes, sheeter rolls that that can be cut to order to any sized sheet, or web rolls. To showcase the full range of papers available in the new line, the swatchbook features each finish and caliper.

With an ultra-smooth surface and high opacity, Primalith is suited for magazine covers, invitations, brochures, catalogs, and fine books; is compatible with most digital printers; and is FSC-certified, contains 10% post-consumer fiber, and uses chlorine-free pulp.

To create a swatchbook that elegantly tells the Primalith story, designer Patrick King of King Group Media used a minimal color palette as well as a simple design of negative space, full-page bleeds, and food-oriented photos cropped against white that bring the viewer through a day of culinary delights. Photographer Dominic Episcopo’s moody palette of colors and textures showcase the paper’s versatility, durability, and brightness and superbly illustrates its excellent dot definition, especially with heavy ink coverage.

With its extensive converting capabilities, Case Paper can cut the rolls and sheets down to any size and deliver it often within 48 hours or less. The company also provides inventory management and solution-based expertise.

“We are honored to release this new line of paper,” says Simon Schaffer, CMO and Vice President of Business Development at Case Paper Co. “Graphic designers will appreciate the paper’s superb stiffness and how well ink lays down on its surface while printers will cheer at being able to get custom-sized sheets quickly and efficiently.”
