Callprint rolls out national hub refurbs, adding new promotional on-demand services

Press release from the issuing company

Print and visual communications specialist Callprint has commenced the refurbishment of its regional hubs, both internally and externally, and has also added a new promotional products on-demand service offering for its customers.

The national roll-out of the branch refurbs has commenced in the north with Manchester being the first hub to undergo the refreshment, which includes new external and internal graphics, along with the installation of the promotional on-demand units, which will display a variety of personalised print product offerings that customers can view, select and order direct in the branch or online.

The new units will be displayed in 10 of the 19 regional hubs, and will offer products such as; canvas prints, photo frames, promotional gift boxes, menus and beverage packaging etc. Customers can order products for events, celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or engagements, as well as restaurants, bars and shops being able to order menus, table displays and promotional items for their own usage.

The promotional units will also have LED screens on top of each display, with the media displayed on the screens being controlled from one central location in London, which will enable Callprint to display the latest promotional offerings and personalised messages relevant to each of the regional branches.

The Manchester hub will be the first to experience and include the new offering, which has been designed to capitalise on the numerous bars and restaurants within the region, whilst at the same time providing an additional offering for any walk-in trade customers.

All of the new promotional products will also be available to order online and built into Callprint’s online ordering system. Customers will also be able to select, view and order their products online in the branch with a member of staff taking them through each step, providing a painless in-store experience, and allowing costs to be controlled and managed.

Commenting on the new branch refurbs and additional service offerings, Managing Director, Steve Cheek, stated, “These new service offerings adds to our product portfolio and increases the traffic through our offices, whilst at the same time giving customers a new in-store ordering experience.”

Steve added, “With the addition of digital signage and on-screen media we are also adding the management of on-screen content to our offering, thereby adding a further service and also allowing us to personalise messages and information into our hubs.”

This latest announcement underlines Callprint’s original statement of intention to continue to grow and develop its business operations.

In November last year Callprint announced its intentions for further development for the business, including improvements to both its internal and external communications. These included an updating and revamping of its websites, as well as a refresh and refurbishment of a number of its production facility hubs around the UK.
