Caldera Inc credits recent growth to unprecedented popularity

Press release from the issuing company

Caldera Inc is pursuing its rapid expansion within North America, adding four new members to its team and initiating a technical certification program for authorized and certified resellers. This staff increase coincides with the anniversary of the establishment of a permanent regional headquarters in Minnesota, USA, and proves Caldera's commitment to provide customers a higher level of support in the United States and Canada.

Joshua Gray and Bradley Studniski, as Regional Sales Representatives, are set to meet extensive demand and interest in not only Caldera’s V10, but the full product portfolio as well; its modular design allows users the freedom to expand the feature-set in line with their business and budget. Josh and Brad have also been tasked with the enforcement of the Reseller Certification Program that Caldera has recently launched to ensure superior customer support at the channel level. Certified reselling partners can now take advantage of monthly training courses at the recently developed Burnsville (Minnesota) location, ensuring the quality of care service for which Caldera has become internationally renowned.

"The extent to which Caldera has become a major player in the North American Wide Format Digital printing market has taken some by surprise, but it is just a major sign of the ever growing popularity we're seeing here," explains Ben Amor, Sales and Operations Manager for North America. "Increasingly faster RIP speeds and product stability are major factors, although operators have also reported that V10's ease of use for Color management, media optimization and workflow automation are major influencers.

“Customers also enjoy the scalability that Caldera's suite has to offer by potentially taking them from a small one-man operation to a massive multi-machine wide-format house in line with their business plan, and that our support extends to every step along the way. "

Joseph Mergui, CEO adds: "Caldera has traditionally been seen as a European company, despite its 15,000 users world-wide. Our recent expansion in North America shows that our solutions are top-shelf products with first-class support. This has created a global appeal, and that's driving both Caldera and our users to unprecedented popularity around the world."
