Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom - UK software developer, Taopix, has announced the release of Taopix 2016r1, the latest edition of its personalised photobook and gift platform.

The first release of the year delivers the much anticipated Calendar Designer web app for creating highly personalised calendars on any device.  New features allow users to easily add their own special dates and images and allows the retailer to add public holidays and other important sets of dates. 

This release includes an update to the Taopix Online Designer which gives end users a more realistic preview of photo gift products and contains a wide range of features and functions that deliver overall speed enhancements, data storage management and system performance improvements.

There are also additions to the ever-growing Taopix API portfolio. One notable development allows the seamless integration with retailers’ existing e-commerce platforms with the option to use an existing shopping cart or the Taopix cart with multiline capabilities.
