CARROLLTON, Texas - Catherine Monson, CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., is the leading keynote speaker at the Printing Industries of America (PIA) 2016 President’s Conference, held March 6 – 9, in Palm Desert, Calif.

Monson will kick off the speaking and education portion of the conference with a presentation March 7 on, “What It Takes to Be a Successful Leader: A Component of Leading a Positive Transformation.” Monson is a 30-year veteran of the print and visual communications industry. Drawing on her experience in franchising and digital printing, Monson will share the specific skills and characteristics of the most effective leaders, practical tactics for developing strengths in these areas and insight on how to lead a successful business transformation.
