FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--PrintOnTheNet.com (OTCBB:POTN) announced operating results for its quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2000. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2000, net sales were $571,000 and $1,867,000, respectively, compared to $444,000 and $1,776,000 for the same periods in 1999. Certain non-recurring matters relating to the previously announced resolution of contingent obligations adversely impacted the Company's sales and operations during the 2000 periods. The Company reported a net loss of $1,591,000 ($0.02 per share) and $13,484,000 ($0.33 per share) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2000, respectively, compared to a net loss of $494,000 ($0.02 per share) and $801,000 ($0.03 per share) for the same periods in 1999. The net loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2000, included expenses of $399,000 and $651,000 associated with website development (including $209,000 during the three and nine month periods relating to issuance of warrants), approximately $100,000 and $500,000 of non-recurring legal, accounting costs and other associated costs in connection with resolution of the contingent liabilities, a charge of $276,000 during the three and nine month period relating to a planned relocation of its multiple operating facilities into a new single location during the fourth quarter of 2000, and other charges totaling $399,000 and $10,641,000 relating to the issuance of warrants. Excluding the charges related to the resolution of the contingency liabilities, the plant closure and relocation charge, and the issuance of warrants, the loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2000, would have been $607,000 ($.01 per share) and $1,858,000 ($.05 per share), respectively.
