Thursday, February 04, 2016

Press release from the issuing company

CARROLLTON, Texas - Catherine Monson, CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., will present a special session on innovation in franchising and its role in franchise business success at the “Take a Stand and Ignite Your Future” Franchise Innovation Summit on Monday, February 9.

The day-long Summit will be hosted at the FASTSIGNS International, Inc. offices in Carrollton, Texas, and will teach franchising professionals the most important innovation practices for accelerating franchise development and brand growth.

“FASTSIGNS is a leader in the visual communications industry for many reasons, with an important one being how we embrace innovation,” said Monson. “Developing new strategies and processes, as well as creating and using new technologies, has helped us attract great franchisees who serve their customers well, which increases the power and value of the FASTSIGNS brand. I look forward to sharing insights and lessons learned with attendees.”

The founder of Franchise Well and host of the Franchise Innovation Summit, Dr. Ben Litalien explains, “Franchising is lagging behind the innovation curve, anchored in legacy systems, long-term agreements and the belief that past success will continue. Franchising must embrace innovation and this workshop will provide attendees with a proven model to identify the gaps in planning, determine the type of innovation needed, and layout a path forward.”

Along with Litalien, Susan Reed, Founder and CEO of EdgeDweller are instructing the day-long event. Franchise Innovation Summit attendees earn credits toward becoming a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).
