PIA Advises Excellent Rooms Still Available For Their Drupa Tour But Dusseldorf Hotels Are Mostly Sold Out

Press release from the issuing company

More than a Dozen Private Booth Visits are Scheduled

New York - Printing Industries Alliance is sponsoring a VIP tour for drupa in Dusseldorf, Germany.  PIA’s drupa Experience! a Private Turn-Key VIP Tour runs from June 1-6, 2016.

PIA’s Executive Vice President, Marty Maloney advised “our Private VIP Drupa Tour still has excellent rooms available, but warned that many hotels in Dusseldorf are now sold out. We chose our hotel on the basis of quality and location and I guess we chose well because outside of our block of rooms, the hotel is now amongst the hotels fully sold out. Please call us right away if you want to be included on our Tour, which is housed in a 4 Star hotel, just minutes from drupa. Call today and we will hold a spot for you”.

drupa 2016 is expected to feature technology covering the entire print marketplace.  International global players and market leaders will be at drupa 2016 alongside upcoming and innovative companies from around the world.  With the motto of “Touch the Future”, drupa 2016 will focus heavily on future oriented technologies such as inkjet printing, 3D printing, printed electronics, packaging, production, multi-channel, and green printing.

In announcing this program, Printing Industries Alliance President Tim Freeman remarked, “We have all heard or experienced some of the horror stories of overpriced, poor hotel rooms, the sometimes long and difficult commutes from outside Dusseldorf, and the inability to get appointments and access to key exhibitors. The program we have put together guarantees that our participants will have a hassle free drupa experience and be able to focus on understanding the technology that is being presented at the show. Some People are now exploring hotels in other cities with up to 2 hour commutes”.

PIA’s drupa Experience, a Private Turn-Key VIP Tour trip has the solution to that problem.  Attendees will receive deluxe hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Dusseldorf Hotel.  The hotel is located steps outside the airport terminal.  A quick train ride from the station located below the hotel will take you to the drupa exhibits in minutes.  Attendees will enjoy a full American breakfast each morning, 5 day show credentials and catalogue, public transportation to and from the show, an opening night reception on June 1, Happy Hour on June 3, and most importantly, guided and scheduled Executive VIP briefings at key drupa exhibits.

PIA’s Marty Maloney commented further, “Printing Industries Alliance wanted to make sure that our guests had the opportunity to meet top executives at some of the leading supplier partners in our industry in a small group atmosphere that will be conducive to questions and discussion.  These companies are introducing new technology into the industry that will revolutionize the production process for years to come and our VIP guests will get a firsthand look.”

Executive VIP briefings are scheduled with:

Landa
Xerox
Heidelberg
EFI
Muller Martini
Canon
HP
Konica Minolta
Ricoh
International Paper
Kodak
MGI
Highcon

Additional one-on-one VIP briefings can be arranged on request.

Each attendee will be responsible for their own travel arrangements.
