NILES, IL – Specialty Print Communications (SPC) announces Teresa Frederick joins SPC as Vice President of Lettershop Operations.  Frederick comes to SPC with more than 20 years experience in manufacturing operations and project management, and, among other executive strengths, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

SPC’s continued growth and expanded lettershop capabilities have created a need for additional personnel investment. Frederick will be instrumental in facilitating operational strengths of SPC’s Lettershop facility, which has more than doubled its mail fulfillment and racking capacity in recent years.

Frederick is a member of the American Society of Quality Control and Postal Customer Council with extensive training and experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
