Basildon, UK - As a reflection of increasing growth in the UK packaging market, the W. H. Leary Company recently announced the promotion of Phillip Godden to Managing Director over their UK division, W. H. Leary Ltd.

“Phill has demonstrated vision and courage over his tenure with us,” remarked Kevin Leary, President/CEO.

Phillip joined W. H. Leary Ltd. in 2014 as General Manager, just as the UK division became the exclusive distributors in the UK and Ireland for Robatech AG, the Swiss-based global manufacturers of high quality adhesive application equipment for industrial gluing. Over the last 16 months, Phillip has successfully developed his technical and sales teams to support the Robatech product range whilst simultaneously continuing to grow the Leary brand within the paper converting market. Prior to his arrival at Leary, Phillip acquired over 15 years of experience leading companies and teams in the sales of capital investment equipment throughout a range of high tech industries.
