Creo Appoints Proveedora Flexografica in Mexico

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA -- June 8, 2004 -- Creo announces the appointment of Proveedora Flexográfica, S.A. to sell and service Creo solutions within the flexographic market in Mexico. Proveedora Flexográfica will represent Creo prepress systems including the Prinergy Powerpack prepress workflow, the ThermoFlex family of flexographic computer-to-plate imaging systems, as well as scanners and proofers, to meet the needs of flexographic trade shops, printers and converters. From its head office in Monterrey, N.L., and distribution centers in Mexico City, D.F., and Guadalajara, Jalisco, Proveedora Flexográfica will serve flexographic printers and converters across Mexico. Angel Mena, director, Creo Latin America, said, "With 25 years in the graphic arts industry, Proveedora Flexográfica's wealth of experience and market knowledge will allow our customers to expand their product offering and compete in the growing global market."
