Chicago Electric Sales Inc. has sold the assets it recently purchased from Intelligent Machine Control Inc to AG Machine Inc owners Brent and Katie Gohdes of Grottoes, VA.  Brent Gohdes is a 27 year veteran of the corrugated box market specializing in box making converting machinery parts and services.

The new acquisition will be called IMC Box Inc. and is located in New Jersey where the former Intelligent Machine Control Inc. was located for over 25 years.   Working with Brent and Katie Gohdes will be key management from the former Intelligent Machine Control.  They have joined the new company which just re-opened its New Jersey offices.

Ray Lemore  (photo attached) - becomes the Technical Manager.  An electrical engineer with a degree from Rutgers University, Ray has over thirty years of box machine set-up controls development and service.  Ray has been the chief design architect for Intelligent Machine Control Pacesetter 2.0 set-up technology.   Ray served as Intelligent Machine Control’s Manager of Engineering for fifteen years and prior to that work he was in the set-up controls group at Langston.  Ray can be reached at [email protected].

Cyndee Schipke  (photo attached)- will become the General Manager.  With twenty years in the box market as General Manager of the former Intelligent Machine Control Inc., Cyndee is the key interface with the customers and  responsible for running day-to-day operations.  Cyndee can be reached at [email protected].
