The Kennickell Group Purchases HP 3500

Press release from the issuing company

Savannah, GA – The Kennickell Group, a Savannah based print and distribution company, has added to its wide format division a HP Latex 3500 grand format printer.  This printer can print roll-to-roll on media up to 10.5 feet in width.  It has the capability to print over 1,900 square feet per hour in bright, vivid color.

The HP Latex 3500 will allow The Kennickell Group to be extremely competitive on larger jobs such as interior graphics in hotels, retail outlets, restaurants, convenience store chains, and fleet graphics.

Custom digital print décor is one of the fastest growing markets in wide format printing.  The HP Latex 3500 is the best solution to produce environmentally friendly indoor applications with its green inks and recyclable media options.  This is a great fit for the Savannah market.

“This machine is the only one of its kind in the region,” said Al Kennickell, president of The Kennickell Group.  “We are now going to be able to introduce products to the Savannah area that could never before be produced here. We hope to work with interior designers, architects, advertising agencies and in-house creatives to help them produce stunning graphics to enhance homes, offices, and retail outlets.”

The company expects the printer to be in production by mid-December.
