Performance POP Leverages VeraCore’s Solutions for Retail Store Profiling

Rocky Hill, CT - Performance POP of Dallas, Texas has implemented the VeraCore Fulfillment Solution to support growth in the fulfillment segment of its business driven by increased demand for full-service retail program management and store profile based distribution.

Performance POP delivers high impact Point-of-Purchase (P.O.P.) solutions to many of the nation’s top retailers.  Their suite of integrated business solutions enables retailers to maintain brand identity and drive sales. Performance POP’s services includes design, printing, finishing, display prototyping & fabrication, kitting, and fulfillment, with hundreds of their clients’ products managed in their expansive 100,000 square foot warehouse. 

Many of Performance POP’s clients are national chains, operating hundreds of retail locations across the country. Retailers typically distribute new in-store media to their stores on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal changes and to promote special sales or events. Planning retail P.O.P. campaigns is challenging because the exact mix of materials needed by each store varies based on a range of factors that may include physical characteristics (e.g. store size, # of cash registers, etc.) and other factors, such as region of the country, location setting or local demographic considerations. 

VeraCore’s Store Profile System will enable Performance POP to create and maintain profiles for each of their client’s stores. Once defined, Performance POP will use the profiles to plan their client campaigns, assess production requirements and project campaign costs – by store if necessary. The physical execution of P.O.P. campaigns is also challenging. In addition to the fact that each store may require different materials, it is often required that the new materials arrive in all stores at roughly the same time, to coincide with national advertising campaigns. VeraCore will enable Performance POP to accurately mange all back-end fulfillment operations. Picking, kitting, pack-out and distribution can be managed based on business rules specific to each campaign, ensuring that every store receives the correct materials within its targeted delivery window.
