K+D, a leading Swiss print company, are confident Switzerland is the place to invest in the latest generation of print and have ordered a ROLAND 708 Evolution.

This new high performance press, which has 8 printing units and two coating units, has the flexibility to suit all of K+D's customer requirements - as an 8-color and double coater - or a 6-color and double coater for Inline foiling and simultaneous printing; all widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.

The total investment volume from 2015 to 2017 amounts to just under CHF 30 million. K+D AG is now excellently equipped for the future and ready to meet the challenges of the market. The launch of the machine will take place in August 2016 in St. Gallen. The new machine replaces two older offset presses.
