The Sheridan Group Completes Acquisition of The Dingley Press

HUNT VALLEY, Md., May 26 -- The Sheridan Group, Inc. today announced that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and business of The Dingley Press, a printer of specialty catalogs located in Lisbon, Maine. Christopher A. Pierce will serve as the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Dingley Press, Inc. The acquisition was funded primarily by the issuance of $60 million in Senior Secured Notes due 2011.
