Bang Printing Acquires Sentinel Printing

Brainerd, MN – Bang Printing and its subsidiaries, a provider of accountable print performance solutions and other value-added services for catalogs, books, publications and educational printed products, announced today they have entered into an agreement to buy Sentinel Printing Company.

The sale will allow Bang Printing and Sentinel Printing to combine their existing capabilities and provide customers with a more diversified suite of products and services. Sentinel Printing will retain its manufacturing plant in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Sentinel Printing will remain under the leadership of Chuck Manthey.
