Established service provider adds a new InfoPrint 5000 to drive high-capacity, high-quality applications

MALVERN, PA – Ricoh Americas Corporation today announced that Allison Payment Systems, LLC (APS), a full service communication solutions provider, added yet another InfoPrint 5000 GP platform to its expanding nationwide operation in its newest facility in Las Vegas. Serving primarily the finance, healthcare and utility industries, APS has seen its business grow considerably throughout its partnership with Ricoh, both in its Indianapolis and now its Las Vegas locations. Working with Ricoh, APS continues to meet the growing demand for its print and mail, postal processing, and business continuity services.

“It goes without saying that our investment in the InfoPrint 5000’s proven technology has been very successful for our operations and overall business,” said JP Thomas, CEO, APS. “But this decision to expand our relationship went beyond the hardware Ricoh provides. We’ve had the opportunity to work with the Ricoh portfolio and experts more than 15 years, and we know the level of service, knowledge and experience they bring to bear in any given situation. If we need something done, or an informed opinion on how to tackle a need, we can rely on them to have an answer, 24/7. You simply can’t get that just anywhere.”

APS specializes in digital transactional document presentment, print and mail services, and a host of electronic document delivery and management (EDDM) tools. During its 127 year history, the company has evolved from a coupon payment booklets developer and manufacturer into the versatile, full-service organization it is today. It’s new Las Vegas facility spans 16,000 square feet and is a fully integrated, full color print, high speed insertion and data processing facility and boasts solutions such as Ricoh’s InfoPrint 5000 to showcase the latest high speed, high efficiency technology available with fast delivery turnaround.

“In APS, we see a company that deeply shares our values,” said Andre Brazeau, Vice President of Production Print Solutions, Ricoh Americas Corporation. “By going into situations exploring what their customers need, and what they may not yet realize they need, APS is able to grow efficiencies and deliver on business principles which serve as an excellent example for businesses everywhere. This resonates with us as it is also our approach: deliver proven service, engage trusted experts and continually look to supply advanced technologies help our customers grow.”
