InfoTrends' Matt Swain to Present New Research and Moderate Session at Money20/20

Press release from the issuing company

Weymouth, MA - InfoTrends Director Matt Swain will be presenting and moderating at this year’s Money20/20 event, which will take place October 25-28, 2015 at The Palazzo and Sands Convention Center at The Venetian Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

In his session, entitled “Exploring the Future of Household Bill Payments,” Mr. Swain will be unveiling new consumer research findings before transitioning to moderating an executive panel that includes:

  • Al Ko, SVP & GM Consumer Ecosystem Group (Mint & Mint Bills) of Intuit
  • John Ballantyne, VP, Digital Money Movement of SunTrust Bank
  • Eric Leiserson, Director, Market Insights & Research of Fiserv
  • Rene Villa, Manager, Electronic Billing & Payments of Florida Power & Light

Mr. Swain’s coverage of the Transactional Communications & Payments market makes him a natural fit for the role of presenter and moderator at Money20/20. “We’re thrilled to have Matt back to present and moderate for us again this year,” noted Andrew Morris, Senior Vice President and Head of Content for Money20/20. “Covering the household bill payment market is important to our content strategy and it is exciting to see that InfoTrends is bringing our attendees new research findings and a panel of experts from across the payments industry.”

“This is going to be a great session,” exclaimed Mr. Swain. “Our research shows that paying bills is second only to cleaning bathrooms as the most loathed household task. We have tested consumer interest in various future bill pay scenarios and I look forward to sharing these insights, as well as discussing the future of household bill payments with our panelists.”
