Xeikon to go Direct in Mexico

Press release from the issuing company

First Latin American Office In Mexico To Support Rapid Regional Growth

Eede, the Netherlands – Xeikon, an innovator in digital color printing technology, today announced the opening of a new sales office in Mexico. Strong growth opportunities in Latin American, and a continuous strategic focus on this region, have prompted the company to enforce its local presence. In this office, both the sales and service functions for the Mexican market will be hosted. Mr. Julian Robledo, Owner and Managing Director of long-time Xeikon partner Jetrix, will be leading the Xeikon Mexico operation.

“Latin America is an important growth region for us,” says Wim Maes, CEO of Xeikon. “The past years we have been very successful there, working through a network of resellers and partners, resulting in a growing number of customers and installations. By establishing a direct sales and service operation in Mexico, our first in Latin America, we will be better positioned to spur further regional growth and respond more quickly in supporting our Mexican customers in both sales and services.”

“These are exciting times for Xeikon and our customers,” adds Maes. “It allows us to get off to a very fast start with a talented and dedicated team that knows Xeikon and our local customers well. It’s an exciting step forward in alignment with the overall Xeikon strategy. We are expecting to see even more energy infused into the Mexican organization.”
