Drytac Europe launches WipeOut™ film for personalised dry erase graphics applications

Press release from the issuing company

Bristol, UK - Drytac Europe, an international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the print, label and industrial markets, has announced a new clear gloss polyester film for personalised dry erase graphics applications, branded WipeOut™.

WipeOut is a 3 mil (75μ), premium clear PET overlaminate with a dry erase hard coat. It is ideal for use in children’s bedrooms, school classrooms, offices, hospitals, grocery stores and kitchens; as well as restaurant/pub menus and more.

WipeOut can also be combined with Drytac’s ReTac? 150 print media (which is compatible with solvent, UV and latex printers) to create custom-printed, removable, high quality, dry erase graphics that can stick to and be removed from virtually any smooth surface.

Thanks to its chemical and scratch-resistant clear gloss surface, graphics that are laminated with WipeOut can be written on without ghosting or staining from ink.

Steve Broad, Sales Director for Drytac Europe, comments: “Drytac’s new WipeOut film is an excellent addition to our customisable range of fully-matched component solutions. By combining WipeOut film with our ReTac permanently peelable and repositionable media, customers are able to create bespoke whiteboard-style graphics that can be moved time and time again leaving no residue.

“Additionally, WipeOut is remarkably easy to erase. Its anti-graffiti properties allow for easy removal of ink with standard whiteboard dry erasers. Even permanent marker pen can be removed with the use of rubbing alcohol.”

Product availability:

Drytac WipeOut™ is available in a number of widths up to 61” (1549mm).
